IDEAL-Global, Social and Welfare Organization (IGSWO), is a Non-Profit Making Voluntary Organization, working to put seed efforts of overall Environment and Human Development activities; it has been working since Year 2002 progressively. The foundation of IGSWO was based on Integrating Environment for Sustainable Development. IGSWO is registered to put development efforts in all States and Union territories in India.
Organization is already having 12AA, 80G(5)(vi), 10(23c)(iv), FCRA, FTDRA approval, Certified also Enlisted / Approved with different Government Departments; and NITI AAYOG, New Delhi for executing need based activities. We have also adopted uphold highest standards of integrity, good governance and follow ethical practices in conducting activities, taken pledge with CENTRAL VIGILANCE COMMISSION (CVC) Government of India, New Delhi.
To increase efficiency and improve quality of work from past experiences, organization has selected and has started core Initiatives of Regular Autonomous Programs of NATIONAL INTEREST as per ORGANIZATIONAL OBJECTIVES of NATIONAL IMPORTANCE mentioned in MEMORANDUM & BYLAWS. For each specific purpose COUNCILS have been ESTABLISHED and are operational from Year 2014-15, FOR WHICH WE ALREADY GOT 10(23c)(iv) APPROVAL FROM INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT.
Our organization we wants to expand its activities as per the objectives of the Institution, the National and Regional needs, under our 2 BROAD INITIATIVES OF NATIONAL EMINENCE framed from Year 2016-17, FOR WHICH ALREADY HAVING FCRAAPPROVAL SINCE YEAR 2006, FROM HOME MINISTRY, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, New Delhi

IGSWO MISSION
IGSWO work with people whose lives are dominated by extreme poverty, illiteracy, disease and other handicaps. With multifaceted development interventions, IGSWO strives to bring about positive change in the quality of life of poor people of India. IGSWO firmly believes and is actively in promoting human rights, dignity and gender equity through poor people’s social economic, political and human capacity building. Although the emphasis of IGSWO work is at the individual level, sustaining the work of the organization depends on an environment that permits the poor to break out of the cycle of poverty and hopelessness. To this end, IGSWO endeavors to bring about change at the level of national and global policy on poverty reduction and social progress. IGSWO is committed to making its programs socially financially and environmentally sustainable, suing new methods and improved technologies. As a part of its support to the programme participants and its financial sustainability, IGSWO is also involved in various programmes.
Poverty reduction and sanitation promotion programmes undertaken so far have bypassed many of the poorest and create sanitation toilet in rural and urban areas. In this context one oh IGSWO main focuses is the ultra poor. Given that development is a complex process requiring a strong dedication to learning sharing of knowledge and being responsive to the needs of the poor, IGSWO places a strong emphasis on their organizational development simultaneously engaging itself in the process of capacity building on a national scale to accelerate societal emancipation. The fulfillment of IGSWO mission requires the contribution of competent professionals committed to the goal and values of IGSWO therefore fosters the development of the human potential of the members of the organization and those they serve. In order to achieve its goal, wherever necessary. IGSWO welcomes partnerships with the community, like-minded organizations, governmental institutions, and the private sector and development partners both at home and abroad.
